Default oma plata pain

might be wrong spelling, sorry! We were drilling oma plata in class about a month ago, not really putting it on hard at all. Next morning, big pain down front of my shoulder. Its eased but is still sore, especially after training. I can't take time off cause I have a fight in couple weeks. Any ideas what might have happened and how to fix it?

torn rotator cuff?

It's a sensitive joint, and omaplata pushes it the wrong way - so it doesn't take much pressure for there to be serious injury and pain.

Go see a Dr. And until then, ice it and rest it.
