Just this week ive gotten pain in my wrists when i bend my hands...i do thai kickboxng too, so im not sure where its from...might even be from training on my bag at home. but this has never happened before so what should i do to keep it from getting worse? or make it better?

Go to the Dr and make sure nothing's broken.
Do you wrap your hands when you train? If not, start doing it, and if you do, make sure you're doing it with your wrist aligned straight. That's all I thought of straight away.
