What do you all think of Peter Consterdine Geoff Thompson & Jamie O Keefe ?
If you are seeking hardcore Martial Arts Training for Street Survival Doorwork or Bodyguarding work. You should buy all the books from the following authors & martial artists.
Peter Consterdine, Geoff Thompson & Jamie O Keefe. This 3 instructors are probably the best in teaching you a wide variety of self defence & unarmed combat tactics . They also teach weapons & disarming techniques. The difference between these instructor is that there techniques work. I would compare Rex Applegate books with these 3 authors books. Buy them you wont regret it. Check them out on amazon.co.uk |
