Question blisters

lately when i go to karate, ive been getting blisters on my big toes. yesterday we were sparring and i ripped some skin of the ball of my foot. this also happens when i go to the boxing club. i get blisters all over. does this always happen to anyone else? any helpfull tips?

I get blisters all the time. If you can stand the pain just wait'em out.

I hate when that happens.
The worst though is after training and your feet getting torn up by shitty grit and carpet, having to walk around in sandals and feeling the raw skin underneath and the skin snag on stuff. I usually just cut through the blisters and take off all of the dead skin so that it doesn't tear worse.
