Default San Da instructional DVD's

With regrets for the delay, I am happy to say the effective the first week of September, San Da Training Systems (www.SanDaTrainingSystems.com) will have the two 2005 Combat Sports Camp DVD's.

Those that pre ordered will probably actually get their set a week before! Cross your fingters.

The original Punching and Clinching DVD is now available at Custom Flix at www.customflix.com/207474

The two disc 2005 Combat Sports Camp DVD's, each about 1 hour in length, will feature;


Disc One
A. "Turn the corner"
B. Double leg takedown vs. punches
C. Slipping punches
D. Slipping punches and takedowns
(including cross body tackle, side body lock and human disassembly)
E. Slipping to set up striking
(including boxing inside combinations)
F. Punching to set up takedowns
G. Basic pummeling

Don't knock it till ya tried it. There are some good san da and san shou fighters.

San Da is about the same level as pankration, draka and other full-contact/takedown arts.

Its a combination of muay thai and wrestling. San da fighters are becoming more competitive on the world stage and have taken some victories against muay thai fighters. One of two san da fighters have made it to the finals in K-1 (not allowed to takedown ofcourse).

They can't take on the muay thai champs, though. The thai champs still reign.
