Nered fighters for new mma event

Me and my friend ate going to put on an MMA event. It will be in Portland Oregon ast a to be relesed loication.
Fiughters will be paid $100 to fight and $100 for every round they advaced throiugh. It will be a 32 man tournament with no weight diviosions. So we need 32 fighters. the Wionnner of the event will win $200 dollars amnd a tropphy. There wThe only tyhing is that we will be making a video tspe of the event and the fighters have to agree that we have all rights to use the video.
Is anyone interested in entereing. And I need a name fopr the tournambent as well.

Nice way for you to make some money.
32 man elimination?
You better come up with a decent sized purse to get that many guys to compete.
You may have a better chance at a Sport BJJ tourny.(With no money for prizes).

Ok I would like to know if you need some kind of legal paper to do a mma fight night and what will be your rules for your event?
