Default BJJ and ?

Trying to find a good stand-up art to balance my BJJ training. Would you suggest Thai boxing, boxing, or Krav Maga?

Out of those 3 I would suggest Thai for the simple fact that you will also learn good Clinch technique. I don't know much about Krav Maga though.

Will Thai teach head-movement and defense?

It really depends on where you go to learn. I know of a place that claims to teach Muy Thai but it is really only a cardio kick boxing class. No defense what so ever. The place I goto we learn all aspects of stand up figthing. Foot work, defense, clinch work. If you have a thai school around you just go down and check out one of there classes. They usually let you come for a free week or class. If its not what you are looking for just go somewhere else.
