Names to watch out for in a few months. (Look out Big Bird, I remember your comments about both ! :-) )

Quiet Aussies, unlike the big mouths in US boxing.....let their fists do the talking !

Costa Zoo is not an ostralian he is a russhen you idiot.
Shannon Taylor is a bum with no power, when he fights some decent opponents he will go down in a big way.
Ostralians are gutless fighters. Jeff Fenech asnd Jeff Harding were both no good bums.

And dont get me started on Jo Bigner...LOL what a loser.

Cool

Rock Ape, welcome back!!! And by the way, Fenech was a total badass who was flat out robbed against Nelson the first fight...Anybody who says he's no good is either ignorant, retarded, a troll, or some combination of those.

Ok Rock Ape,lets start with Taylor. He is going to get smoked by Moseley. He has no chance in hell of beating him. Sorry but beating an ancient Livingstone Bramble and other has beens and bums does not prepare you for a title. I could look good against most of the fighters he fought.
If DLH couldnt beat Moseley how could Taylor? What does he have to offer that Moseley hasnt seen before or cant do better? NOT A GOD DAMN THING IS THE ANSWER TO THAT.

Tsyzu, good power stands with his chin straight up in the air. Which for him is a very bad thing because he has no whiskers. He will get by Sharmba Mitchell, but thats no big deal Mitchell is an old man who's best days were as a lightweight. I think Tsyzu is damn lucky Antonio Diaz went up in weight and fought Moseley instead of taking his mandatory shot at Kostya or else we would be looking at a WBC champion right now. I honestly dont feel Tsyzu would make it past Mickey Ward. Kostya needs to go home and pray at night that he never fights Teddy Reid because Reid will send him home without a title also. As for Judah-Tsyzu it's going to be an exciting fight with both guys going down and Judah stopping Tsyzu in the middle rounds. Kostya just has no defense and no chin. I have never seen him overly impressive except against David Santos, who was a blown up jr.lightweight. Hector Lopez got raped by the judges in there fight and beating a fresh from the nursing home JC Chavez does not a legend make.

Default Hello Guys.....

Hey Mad Dog, good to be back for a while. How's things ?I'll hook up with you on email as well.

Big Bird, good thoughts. Just throwing a bit of bait out for ya. More wishful thinking on my part re: Shannon but you never know. At 20-1 underdog, a few bucks his way might not be too bad. He is a tough SOB but as you said, he hasn't really been tested at the top level of current guys out there. I'll still be cheering for him anyway.

As for Kostya, "No Defence, No Chin" ? What do you base that comment upon ? One bad fight against a lucky Phillips on a night when all the stars were in alignment for Vince ? That is not a basis for saying this guy doesn't have the basics for a champion. I beg to differ and would say his defence is up there, if not better than your Judahs, Trinidad's, DLHs etc etc.

As for not being impressive in his victories, I differ with you there as well. He has dominated Santos, Gonzales (who gave DLH a tough one), Hurtado, Chavez (yeah I know), etc etc and put a beating on Bergman in 96, at a time Bergman was considered a huge contender. I thought Bergman troubled Judah before unluckily going down.

I don't think there is a fighter in Kostya's division that would trouble him.

I welcome your thoughts Big Bird. It should be an interesting couple of months.
