That clip is awesome. The big difference from MMA is that there is no squaring off, putting up your guard and then methodically beating the guy down with combos and takedowns... I think street requires quick, decisive, explosiveness like that stun strike in the video.

Of course if you don't knock the guy out, then the scenario changes a little
