I'm not completely familiar with Hapkido, but I'm pretty sure that it fits your description. Check it out, there seem to be a lot of dojos (at least around me) that offer Hapkido so finding a place to learn shouldn't be too hard. If somebody with more experience feels that Hapkido isn't a fit for this feel free to correct me.

Put down the crack pipe and step back away from the DVD player playing old Enter the Dragon the clips. You cant fight any better than a little school girl, hair pulling and kicking,. now stop playing with yourself you fag, save yourself for your priest lol

Umm, by the sound of it what you just described IS JKD.

JKD has no kata's and uses some high kicks and uses a mix of western boxing and wing chun hand techniques.

that or Kick Boxing.

TSD is both a hard and soft style, derriving hardness from Soo Bahk, and soft flowing movements from Northen Chinese systems.

edit:I cant belive i bought into this ^ lies, lies. TSD is shotokan with a Korean name and an emphasis on hip movement.

Why not find a good boxing gym, and get a wooden dummy. You can use it to practice your technique in applied form. If your just interested in the low kick, I know your looking at effective fighting. I like the suggestion of kB as well. But everyone will disagree, but that ok. Get good basics, I suggest Wing chun obviously, but the truth is that it what you research yourself that countes more. Ive got a dummy, and I kick the shit out of it. use your mind to plot scenarios. I find the sesativity training, helps me slip and duck in boxing also. Its all personal development. But i love training in non-formal groundwork with mates etc, caus it unpredicatable. If you research what you want to learn, you can become an authority on the subject. peace bro.
