at my dojo i have done 2 on and 3. but our black belts do anywhere between 4 to highest ive seen of 6.

Yep we usually work on drills that involve 2 -4 attackers weekly...

how important do you think this kind of training is guys?

as a percentage of all your training what would you put it at eg. 40%

Yeah I do with my Krav Maga training.... its fun to try and get yourself out of corners, and moving to try to put one of the guys between you and the other guy, things like that...

haha best thing I ever did was when the scenario was

"these guys are coming to attack you with intent for serious bodily damage"

I was told to defend myself... so once we started I took one look at em, stepped out the little opening of the matted space and booked it down the stairs and out the door...

came back about a minute later laughing my ass off....

(prolly what I woulda done in real life)

you've gotta learn to use the ones wearing vests for shields stick a coupla knives in behind the collar bones fer handles
