How did Don Frye beet Bitteti?

I wondered how could Don Frye beet a BJJ champion in MMA?
According to BJJ guys, it is the best single art and cannot be beet. So I wondred how Frye could have won this fight.

I looked up his experience and I found my ansewr. Don Frye trained in JUDO. Yes he is a Judoka so is this prove that Judo is a more efrective art than BJJ?

45 years after Kimaro beet doen Helio like a red headed Step child Don Frye destroys Bitteti. Its like history repreeting iyself.

I would think Sak would be more like history repeating itself in that aspect. Don Frye, while a blackbelt in judo, used collegiate wrestling skills, boxing, and great ground and pound for that fight.

This meens that Judo has defeated all of MMA's greatst middelweights. Even more reeson for the Gracie In action tapes to be taken off the market by the Fraud Squad.

The Frye-Bitteti fight should be mandatory viewing for
all BJJ guys who want to fight NHB.

Bittetti had a similiar situation in an NHB fight. He got KO'd immediately in the first round by a punch.

He is acknowledged by most of the Carlson Gracie Team (and now members of the Top Team) as one of the best fighters around. He has one glaring weakness, and it was exploited with Frye. He tried to box Frey and got KO'd. I wish Amaury would fight more NHB, he could be a really exciting fighter. (just my opinion).

Anyone remember that Renzo Gracie/Ben Spikers matchup in the World Combat Championship. That's your typical end result of a pure Judo vs. pure jiu-jitsu stylist.

I'm pretty sure that fight ended with "jiu-jitsu" stepping on the head of "judo".
