OK, everybody has been weighed in. Out first two competitors today will be a grappler and a striker.

1st match:

Grappler vs. striker: And the winner is...................... Grappler!!!!!!!!

Ryan the grappler doesn't always win. Maybe in a competition he has an advantage, but on the street anything goes.

Yeah Grappling is good in tournaments, the grappler has a good chance of winning in a tournament or in a one on one street fight. But against multiple attackers i don't think so. But grappling is good.

Striker hits grappler with tire iron repeatedly in the collar bone. Grappler is defeated. Grappler over estimates opponet and get trashed. And the winner is.... YOU DECIDE

Unlike what I wrote, that was totally fictional and unrealistic. Your story was idealistic for yourself and very unlikely to ever happen in real life.
