KOTC, cuz it's so cool they had to put it outside....I have the box set and i've watched every fight, gotta say the fights in the rain are tight as hell. Dudes slipping and falling all over the place while trying to beat the shit out of each other, makes for some entertaining stuff.

Probably would say K-1, Seems to have most action packed fights and some pretty good fighters. But Pride would be second.

I would say K-1 aswell, the fights also seem to be a little more classy for my liking

My favorite right now is probably Pride, although K-1 is also a lot of fun to watch. Personally I'd like to see San Shou take off as a combat sport, I haven't had a chance to see many matches but it could potentially be very cool.

That sounds more like something Jenna Jameson would star in than an MMA competition

Pride gets my vote, it's a pain to watch guys being dragged away from the ropes, but it's technical enough to keep me watchin.

Pride because of the fighters in it. But yeah the ropes are quite annoying sometimes lol.

The one thing i hated bout old school Pancrase was the rope escapes....so pro wresling-ish.....i think Bas Rutten submitted Maurice Smith like 12 times in bolth fights lol.

I hate the ropes. It's so stupid, why not have a cage or like a mat pit? that'd be tight, a octagon or square pit with a canvas floor and padded walls. what should we call it?

...And how about a ceiling with spikes that starts to descend when someone stalls

lol, thats a little too much. besides, if there was no time limit like there used to be, stalling is a valuable tactic. Royce used it to beat dan severn. Allthough it's not entertaining it's a viable fight tactic. sugar ray lenoard was the ultimate staller. he just didn't do it by tieing up. dancing, buterfly gaurd, all are stalling tactics, but they work, they get people to do stupid things like chasing and sitting up.

I am glad you find this funny. You don't hear that sentiment very often.Yet there is not.
Perhaps I'm just expressing my own concern about it.Are you entertaining it is a viable fight tactic?
When was this exactly? What did he do?
Are all dancing buterfly gaurd all stalling tactics but they work they get people to do stupid things like chasing and sitting up?

I like Pride as well, but aside from Sakuraba, most of the Japanese pro-wrestlers fighting under that organization suck. Oh well, that's what the fast forward button is for.

One of the things I miss about Thailand are the Saturday afternoon Muay Thai broadcasts. Watching the locals bet on the fights at a cafe or restaurant was so much fun.

I've always just been a big fan of Pride, moreso than UFC or even the old stuff, I just think that the skill levels are usually so high and I like the type of fighting that happens.
