Has anyone trained with him? Has some damn good references. Hes been a Carlson gracie team member since 1970.

Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with him.

Just look at Denis Kang....that guy is an amazing mma fighter and currently the best guard passer in the game.Denis was train by the man himself in BJJ so im guessing he must be a great teacher having all those credentials as well.

I am considering training with him as well, but my decision is purely based on what I've read and from his reputation.

I'm going to audit his class on monday.

Is he still teaching in Vancouver? The website that was listed on BJJ.org seems to be defunct.

They hold classes monday to thursday starting at 7:15

Yeah I am moving there to go to school next year so I am going to try to get an apartment nearby. Not really sure of the location hope its reasonably close to UBC. And if it isnt I will try to get there at least once a week.

It's not so far from UBC, there are a couple of direct busses you could take, mabye 20 minutes from campus to that part of downtown.
