Well Good Luck!
The short run isn't too bad, after this test though you have the long run which is around 3.5 miles. I suggest running that as much as you can before you test. Wait until you run it in July when its 100+, thats just a hoot! I'll look forward to having you in a couple semesters.

yes, it went well, I got to the intermediate level. It sounds fun, the wing chun trapping and so on. I've never done anything like it before, and I've only seen a little bit of it, so it'll be interesting.
