| Novice | Ok what I do a lot is when I have time like just watching t.v or something like that I close and open my hand continuesly, its a good work out I was on a handball team and we did that all the time and now I'm on a grappling team and we do it it must help. The second exercice is this, you need a pipe of 30 cm, a rope of of 3 to 4 feet long and a weight of 5 to 10 pounds. So you take the rope rap it around the pipe and put the weight at the end of the rope on the other side. Then you put your arm straight in front of you and start roll the rope around the pipe only using your hand, finger and wrist. so you roll it slowy to the top and make it go down the same way MUST go slowy. ps: Sorry if its not really clear my first language is french hope it will help you

| Advanced | I tried hanging a 100 lbs. off the top of a 28 story building, and pulling it in with a rope. It didn't work too well. I forgot to tell the people downstairs what I was doing.

The striking arts imply all fights start standing up. The clinching arts imply the clinch can stop the striker from striking, and the grappler from taking it to the ground. The weapon arts imply the they can stop the unarmed man. A complete martial art implies any fight can go anywhere...be ready and able to go everywhere. |

| Advanced | Seriously, try renting or buying a Filipino stickfighting video and do the training with a 30" 3 lb. iron bar. This works an extremely strong grip and strong forearms.

![]() | Probably one the best ways to improve your grip is to do some cross training in rock climbing. Those rock climbers have grips from hell (because if the let go, THEY'RE GONNA DIE)! Well, not really. They do have safety harnesses on after all.
