Gives essence to the meaning, "Stick with your bread and butter" The guys in the Poland vid were very skilled especially for the belts they were wearing. That tourney was ruffhouse, they take their martial arts very serious in Poland.

![]() | those full contact jiu jitsu competitions are way funner to watch than ufc if u ask me. and if u noticed, there were practioners from many different styles who were good fighters. just further proves that any martial art can work if u understand it well, and combining a few of them together is even better. i saw people using mt, boxing, jiu jitsu/judo, tkd, kung fu and a range of techniques from each being used effectively in full contact combat, so can people stop asking about what style is better and finally just train hard in ma? |
