Default Yoshida (Judo) v Tamura (Pro-wrestle)

I posted this on another thread, but have a look.

It's from Pride Total Elimination 2003. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...=Yoshida+Pride

I think Yoshida proves how deadly and great grappling art Judo can be. I love Judo in Pride and UFC.

I don't know if any of you have seen the entire match, but Yoshida's knee was seriously f***ed up. He collapsed shortly after this clip ended and had to be taken out of the ring on a stretcher. If Tamura had managed to defend and stall enough that they were stood up by the ref, he would have won the fight.

But yes. That was a sick ezekiel choke.

I always root for Yoshida, he is the man. That guy got a solid knock on Yoshi's face for a second, but the Gi prevails.

Yoshi's knee was really messed up from his judo comp years. After all those leg kicks from Tamura his knee was swelled very badly. That was a great choke finish though. In the post fight interview he was icing his knee and it looked really bad.
