Train at an MMA club. There are not many cities these days without them.

Nope sorry. If my small Canadian city of 100,000 has 2 mma clubs, I am sure you can find one in Sacramento. My club shares space with a TMA club. We use the space when they are not using it. I suggest you get out the phone book and start calling every MA place you see and asking.

Call them up, take a class, or call them and ask about other MMA schools in your area. Vale Tudo schools you should look into also.
