Not really Muay Thai.........I believe somebody else suggested it was something like Muay Boran? I'd never heard of it

Muay Boran...this is a generic term that tries to incorporate
all the different traditional thai fighting styles, but in the
end it is just an empty name. Yes there are some traditional
martial arts, the main actor studied with different teachers
BUT he mixes them with acrobatics and with other moves that I believe
he borrowed from other styles. He pretty much does his own stuff and
in my opinion he does it quite well.
