Default Joint Breaking Pressure

Has anyone come across any scientific resources that give estimates for the amount of pressure needed to break various joints and bones in the body? For example, how much pressure is needed to break someone's elbow using an arm bar?

I came across an article somewhere...im going to have to look for it....but i do remember they said it only takes about 12 pounds of pressure(just about the same amount to open a can of soda)to break certain bones....others are denser then others so it might take more pressure.

whatever it is, when properly set up, the joint will break easily, as will the arm

I'm not wondering about it for that reason. I want to do some experimenting with some mechanical joints for a grappling dummy and I want it to be as realistic as possible.

the point of the break isnt really important, you would know by experience how far you can go on a person, but with a dummy???? it probably doesnt matter as much as having the hold propery set. once you have the lock, the rest is easy, usually. just stay as close and as tight to the dummy as you can, i guess, the whole thing doesnt make much sense but hope that helps
