    Yeah good idea, and make the eyes made of a good material which has water or something soft so you can practice your finger jabs without getting a broken finger :P

    Anyway dosen't a BOB Bully or whatever its name is have all that? I'm not sure I've never seen one in front of me.

    For example, a right cross isn't all that different from a Karate Reverse Punch. But think of this, who will make it work? Only supplementing it by semi contact sparring (and, of course, the body mechanics of punching hard and pulling punches is vastly different).

    So there really is no question of which traditional technique works. It is a question of which training method works.
