The Ultimate in Martial Arts

I am looking for a school between Irvine, CA and Whittier, CA basically anywhere off the 5fwy. Here is what I am looking for....

1) Gotta have both bjj and muay thai (or boxing)
2) No contracts
3) allows sparring
4) I can only go 2 days a week, and cant afford more than $80 a month.

Does anyone know a good place that meets these criteria?

I have 2 years in bjj (blue belt)
and 2 years in muay thai.
