nk_london is on a distinguished road
Default arthritis/osteoporosis/joint problems.

I've heard a lot about guys developing problems with their joints and bones later in life after taking many years of combat sports. I don't know much about arthritis but just wondering if there are things to do or not do to prevent problems later on with your bones/joints etc.

I don't have any medical training, but I'd guess you listen to your body to take time off when necessary, take time to warm up and cool down properly and take vitamains and additional suppliments such as glucosamine chondritin? which I've heard are good for your joints.
