Do you guys wear cups when you grapple. If so what kind and doesn't it limit your movement? Thanks

I recently purchased one. It's really not that bad and it helps for when you bend back for an armbar or when the other guy has hooks, its a good idea and its real easy to get used to.

I wear the specially designed martial arts cup by addias. I bought it online. I bought two. They are great cups with padding and cushion but the elastic sucks. They only lasted about a year but I would probably buy them again. I hope they improve on the straps and elastic.
