Wrestling head gear

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you use wrestling headgear to protect against cauliflower ear, and if so, which one? Is there one that protects better than most, or are they all pretty much the same?

i used to use brute mm2. i bought a pair after i got cauliflower. its good because it has no contact with your ear.
