Hey,

Two days before a bjj tournament, I break my f__ing toe rolling! Was wondering what you guys would do if you can't be on the mat for about a month. I appreciate any suggestions.

Well a guy in my class broke his toe but only took a break for a week he was back rolling the next week except he did lightly. Go to training and look at the moves your class is training, better than doing nothing ;o

Like excessiveforce said, lift some weights! Also maybe do some swimming to keep your cardio up. Maybe take the time to go through your notes (if you take them) and organize/re-write them.

Right now I'm laid up with a head-cold - I'll only miss a few classes, but I'm itching for some activity, going through my notes helps a bit - I visualize each move in my head step-by-step.
