Wushu Kung Fu has tons of jumps. Capoeira is worth checking out too.

Tae Kwon Do has a fair amount of jumping kicks. Where I trained we learned jump front snap kick as a white belt (beginner) and the others as you advanced in rank....jump side kick, jump back kick, jump roundhouse, etc.

We also learned "exchange kicks". Exchange front snap kick, exchange roundhouse kick. Not sure if I could explain them online.

Pencak Silat Mahdi (one of the arts in Mande Muda) uses jumps to provided sufficient momentum to off-balance or throw the opponent.

Default I'd say capoeira and wushu more than anything else

Yeah, capoeira and wushu probably have more jumping than any other styles. Capoiera is more flipping and acrobatics, while wushu does a lot of jumping and twirling in the air.
