I hate this saying mixed martial arts, its like saying i do "mixed swimming" because you can do the breastroke "style" and the backcrawl "style"! All style MAist might be a better name for it!!

At the end of the day though fighting is fighting, a punch in the mouth is a punch in the mouth no matter what you call it! When the average Joe wants a piece he aint caring that you know 65 different styles, afterall he might know the "hitting you on the head with a wrench" style which would most likely win!

When it comes down to it its about doing the most about of damage in as quick a time as possible without getting hurt!!
