![]() | I think it would depend on what type of training you are doing and your body type. Also, what you are trying to accomplish (adding muscle mass?) would change things. One thing I have found that really helps any diet is digestive enzymes, they ensure you get as much out of your food as possible, especially if you have a weak stomach. I also like to take Flax Seed oil because it contains omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids along with other amino acids that help your body create a complete and useable protein. |
