ok, it's a slow day, so here is my list of bjj pet peeves:
1. stanky gis (a MUST at no. 1)
2. people who BLOW THEIR NOSE in their gis
3. people who bleed while sparring but try to insist you keep going
4. stanky gis
5. mat burns(this is not a person)
6. hair on the mat(you guys know what kind i'm talkin' bout)
------
everyone feel free to add to the list...

-catching one of those mat hairs in your mouth.
-working out with the dude who talks all the way through drills and tries to correct you on your technique even though you know what you are doing and he has his head up his ass.
-guys with headgear that drive the hard plastic pieces into your face

New guys who throw knees and elbows.

Guys who resist even during drills.

Guys who are the same level as you but are constantly trying to "correct" your technique in class.

Shrimp-

how about the new guys who are all knees and elbows and while grappling they punish you with blow after blow. Then, when you get the upper hand and can start working a finish on them they tap out before you get to have any fun at their expense. bastards.

Blyech.

There's no excuse for all those things.

People can wash their gis and clean the mats before class. If a guy feels a "buildup", he should step out into the parking lot for some "fresh air".

The worst so far is mat burns. I hope we don't get an outbreak of ringworm.

Talking These are funny guys....

In no order at all,

1: Bad breath.

2: Arseholes that you can beat telling you that you are doing things wrong whiles rolling with you.

3: Stubbing your toes, ouch.

4: When people pass the guard and catch your balls, ouch.

5: People catching the skin on the backs of your arms when grabbing the gi, ouch.

6: People who crush your face thinking they have you in a choke, ouch.

Colin.
