It is so obvious that Wing Chun, invented by a woman, is the only true art of Warrior. And, as such, could easily defeat any MMA / BJJ brute of only strength (outside strength!).

Women, therefore, cannot fight with men. If Wing Chun Master of the other gender entered a man's ring, how could that invade on personal nature of man's psyche?

They didn't treat her like s!@$ on other online forums where she asked for sponsorship... and somehow I doubt that would've happened to a guy-- esp. the part about asking for photos.

I think we can be respectful of women and treat modern day Gladiators like the sex objects they once were. I personally am upset that guys rather jerk off over some half ass tennis player and women fantasize about some field fairy than a proffesional fighter.

Women are sexy but women who fight are sexy and so much more.

Thing that pisses me off is that everybody knows who Shaq and Michael Jordan are, but nobody knows who Gordan and Shugart are. To say these men are heroic is an understatement, and yet people choose to make role models out of men playing children's games.

treelizard, theres people on this forum who pretend to be handicapped to get attention, what makes you think they arent gonna make fun of women as well as anyone else? if making fun of handicapped people is acceptable to some people here, then treating women disrespectfully is most likely the least of their concerns.

Anyways, I hardly want to make a huge issue out of it, but I did want to point it out... And maybe you're right... Apparently Tom Yum thinks it's funny to make dumb jokes about Master Sergeant Gordon, a Medal of Honor winner, so I guess nothing is sacred.

Well everyone is made fun of on the internet, even the most respected people in the world whether they are still alive or dead.

I just didn't see why you thought it wouldn't happen to a guy. Her whole approach was wrong, I can write that I need sponsorship and that I'm a good fighter when I don't know shit about ma. And not everyone made fun of her, only the people who didn't know her, but people who knew her or heard about her showed her respect from what I saw. Anyway I wont ramble anymore :P
