I predict a close fight here. Tanner is a damn good wrestler. His two losses were both in Pancrase rules... one to the much larger Heath Herring, and the other to Leon Dijk. I don't see Tito subbing Evan... and he won't have an easy time controlling him either. Tanner isnt a dynamic striker, but he has good reach with his knee strikes, and he is a strong MW.
This time, Tito's greatest advantage over his opponent will not be size / strength... but in the quality of his training partners, and preparation. My pick: Tito by JD, or Tanner by TKO.

I'm gonna say: Tito by ref stoppage in round 2. I think Tanner is tough but I don't think he has the stamina to hang with Tito longer than that. I think Tito will get it done with strikes from the mount.

In the form of previous highly anticipated fights, there is of course the possibility that someone might pull a hamstring, break a hand or, fall down and concuss oneself while warming up in the back room........ :-) My prediction Big John 2R with a bear tackle |

ha ha ha! i was cracking up when i saw that!
it's funny when that smaller ref that looks like the t-1000 tries to grab people like big john does, but can't seem to budge anybody. they're just kind of annoyed by this guy jumping on their back. |

I haven't seen Yamasaki really try to bust up heavy guys yet. I did notice though, that they won't let him say "Let's Get it On!"
So what do we have so far? 2 for Tito and 1 for Tanner? I can't believe more people aren't pumped up for this match. I think it'll be a helluva fight!

edro- I haven't seen BJM on the game yet. I did, however, beat Ultiman with Coleman!
That's about the only training I could get my wife to buy off on during my injury!
