I have been ignoring these stupid trolls-until now.

I check in here just about everyday just to learn more about how other people train to benefit my own training.

Now these idiots are running off the people I get the most info from.

This type of forum is for people who live,breath & love MMA.
Joking around is cool-but if all you want to do is cause problems you need to leave.

I would imagine you trolls/troll have only been training a short while if you train at all.
I have been doing Martial Arts a long time(22 years)& would imagine my other Martial Art brothers on this forum have been in awhile as well.THIS IS OUR FORUM-TAKE YOUR BS & LEAVE(Robin Hood/WIAG?/Whtown/& Whatever else you are)

Tim & Goddess are probably busy- They need an assistant moderator who can be on a little more often to filter out the crap.

I try to check in the forum everyday at work-I would be glad to do it to keep the good people on.
