I need to work on striking from the feet, especially in punching range. Think I'll get in on a kickboxing class starting in a month or so.

In this order:

1) Cardio
2) Flexibility
3) Escapes from knee in the belly
4) Submissions from the guard.
5) Everything else.

im trying to work on my patience and breathing my instructor has no better conditioning than i but last for 10 matches easily he can fight for hours he will wait instead of wasting energy..if youre fighting someone who is good than you need to breathe...it's not always conditioning that you need if you dont believe me try fighting holding your breath you'll tap in 30 seconds guaranteed...also if your tired of being on the bottom i wouldnt specialize on bottom techniques id try to find out why you end up there..its a must to master take downs and keeping the top position....because you may have a great reversal but if im as skilled at avoiding the reversal then you stay on the bottom so i work on attack and the moves that keep me there...sure there are guys out there that can wear us out from the bottom but how many times will you encounter a professional in the street...so if im having trouble than i work from the clinch on down its demoralizing to the others when youre always slamming them down...
