Default Shamrocks videos - Sambo

I run a free martial arts program for kids,

I am curious if anyone has used any of the Frank Shamrock training DVDS if so and they are worth it does anyone have any used ones to sell, I can get the seminar from I belive LA for 13.00 + Shipping but I really wanted the armbars and submissions video it is 99 + everywear I have seen.

Also I am more familiar with amature boxing and wrestling so what ever happend to sambo! I know the Shamrocks were known for thier leg locks, in fact when I coached in Pa we taught a kid to throw legs for riding time sambo style is it still around? seems to fallen off the earth

Sambo is still around but its really not that prominant like BJJ is in america. The Shamrocks are Pancrase fighters and Pancrase is a Japanese MMA style that is a combo of many different martial arts such as Muay Thai... Catch Wrestling...Sambo...Greco and Freestyle Wrestling among others....the style is known for agressive grappling and striking and lots of leg locks.

BJJ now embodies Sambo leg locks in training, so no need to only train Sambo when its covered in BJJ. achilles lock, heel hook, knee bar, etc,
