Default Shoulder stretches...

I've been having trouble with the flexibility in my shoulders lately. I think I hurt them both during wrestling season. I started the typical arm across chest and I've also tried using a t-shirt or towel behind the back and pulling my hand up my back. Any other suggestions for stretches?

not sure, I've told you everything I know. I'd guess doing alot of pulling via weights pullups ect. I'm sure someone here knows.
