Default Matt Hughes VS Cueng Lee

Now that's a fight I'd like to see. Depends on the rules. Cueng is just starting out in MMA and coming off a great career in San Sho. Both in their prime; both as strong as mules. Any opinions?

I'd love to see Cung Le prove himself in MMA by facing some serious opponents- I certainly think he's capable. As much as I'd love to see him develop a career in the sport though I don't think he's ready for a title shot. He hasn't earned it for one, but even more than that I don't think he has the experience he needs in order to face a top notch opponent like Hughes. I also think Strongo needs to chill out and get to know some people on the site before he starts mouthing off like a jack ass.

First off its CUNG Le. And no he would never fight Matt Hughes.
Cung Le's martial art is SanShou. "Chinese Boxing" He is the undefeated champion in his sport, but even he knows he is no UFC fighter. SanShou rules are point scoring system. No Grappling or wrestling, just throws. No Elbows and sometimes no Knees. He is an outstatnding pysical speciman but its like comparing Billy Blanks to Chuck Liddell.

I'm not sure I agree with you. Cueng Lee has the strength and with more experience he would make a fine MMA contendor.

He's done MMA before and won. But it wasn't against anyone special and he didn't seem too confident in there. With some more experience and training he would be okay, I think.

CroCop and Mark Hunt have both successfully evolved from K-1 striking only to Pride Fighting title contenders.

I'd certainly say it's possible, but it'd take some time.

MY BAD DUDE.i didnt realize how offended you would get for me telling the kid the truth.. considering its a mma discussion forum and the fact that he didn't use one of the smiles i took him serious. cung le is a clown in his own world beating people with his style that only he knows.
