Small Circle Jujitsu is the brainchild of Professor Wally Jay. The style is a hodgepodge that draws from many sources, including Judo and traditional Japanese Jujitsu. It supposedly emphasizes minimal effort with maximal effect. However, Small Circle Jujitsu teaches its students to harm their enemies as little as possible. Most of the moves begin with capturing an arm by applying a wrist or finger lock; the style has a fair amount of throws and utilizes pressure points, too. The phrase "Small Circle" is descriptive of a certain wrist action used in most of the moves that involves bending the fist downward, as in casting a fishing lure. I have scanned a book on the subject at a local book shop. I've told you all I know, and since the style seemed like a bunch of impractical crap, I don't plan on learning anything more.
