What kind of supplements do you guys take for grappling /MMA?

I take Nitro Tech protein powder and Mega Men Vitamins.

I want to take something for my knees and elbows rejuvenation and health.

And just curious what supplements you take.

The big ole, nothing!!!

I slack on the diet, and if I do that, I don't see why I should take extra things if I cant even get the diet right.

Besides I dont think I'd take em anyway, never liked the whole idea of using them.

I take Glucosamine/Chondroitin for knees and joints. The medical journals have been up and down on how much it helps, but I figure if it helps at all it's worth it.

I take Xyience NOX-CG3 30 mins. before my jiu-jitsu class. It does some good with its creatine.
