LOL! I used to have severe back problems, and all the docs would do was tell me I did or maybe didn't have scoliosis, and keep taking X-rays which they wouldn't release. Then they'd give me booklets with back excercises that didn't work.

Chiropractors are great, but you really need massage therapy with chiropracty, and even chiropractic schools teach that if you only get one you should go with massage... Only thing that ever worked for me (until I discovered active isolated stretching) was acupuncture, shiatsu and (don't laugh) yoga...

^ Yeah I've got to find something that works.... I'm getting some kind of bone scan test on tuesday because the xray showed nothing, and I hope they will be able to help. If not, **** them I'm going to a chairopractor and a PT guy. I am planning on doing PT anyways, the doctor office im going into also does that sort of thing, and hopefully they can help me.

If only I was so good at jujutsu that 200 pound morons couldnt do forward rolls when i arm dragged them from standing position. Ah wait, i dont think thats possable.

I'm sure you don't. That's probably why you keep getting your ass tossed around like a rag doll.

When icing your back, it may help to do it in a stretching position ie. with your knees pulled up under your chin. Hope this helps...

Yeah I've been doing a bunch of yoga stretches, in a slow and controlled manner, it really does seem to help. The doc recomended I take a bunch of advil everyday and use a heating pack when I can, I do that as well. I hope this shit clears up pretty soon.

Honestly, you should open your guard as soon as someone lifts you up, because you can't do much there, you open it up try a sweep or if he lifts your whole body you can just stand up again and go for a takedown. If he holds you up when you have a triangle on just switch to an armbar, he will probably tap faster and you shouldn't be too far from the ground. In the triangle you will probably be holding his head down so you the fall will be worse.
