Anyone interested in training on things that you don't have time/opportunity to train in during class? Techniques such as striking while on ground, attempting to submit someone while he is striking (standup or ground), techniques you have seen in videos or magazines. Feel free to PM me.

So, far we got five people interested. Everyone is pretty much leaning towards Manhattan.

What's going on with this? Are practices being held, when and where? I would love to grapple with people in New York City.

OK guys. This is in regards to the PM you sent me earlier regarding training in NYC. I called the fighthouse (www.fighthouse.com). They charge $12 person to train there for 1.5 hours. From my perspective, Mondays and Fridays @ 6PM work for me.

Once again, this is for the purpose of practicing techniques you don't get to practice during class. I understand that different people will want to work on different things, but we will have to find a way to structure this when we get together. Also, Sparring afterwards (optional) - (standup and/or ground).

Let me know if interested.

You goys should make the trip up to albany for our fights in Dec, If 3 or more of you get on the card I will get you a room for either fri or sat night!

I need 1 welter weight 1 middleweight 1 light heavyweight & 1 heavyweight,

Belts for winners and t-shirts for all, Vale-Tudo you would have a blast 4 hour trip from the city when traffic isn't bad!
