found this video showing some of the conditioning/training methods used by chinese wrestlers. the style is called shuai jiao, its been around for centuries. just goes to show there is nothing new under the sun.

PRetty interesting exercises, I wish I could do more grappling-based exercise on my own time. The sandbag is always cool, I only wish I had one.
