We from Ruas Vale Tudo Italy are sooo proud....

My instructor was in the USA training with Ruas and Rizzo and he told us that when holding the pads for Rizzo the kicks were bone-rattling. This Time the rock was on a mission, last time Ruas was disappointed from Pedro behaviour in the cage, this time he has to prove something;
he obviously did.

Anyone know the amount of damage on severn's leg?

This is something I didn't know: so rizzo did MT with Chakuriki?

I remember when I was a teen watching the Great Tom Harinck, back the MT was a mystery martial art; I remember a dumb guy from Italy; he was from Kung Fu, he did a match with a chakuriki guy in Milan, under MT rules.

The guy was carried outta the ring on a stretcher, he had welts on the tights as he was hitted with a steel bar...

I'm fine, thanks duchman, right now I'm a little overweight at 10% bodyfat but I weight 200 lbs, I'm trying ti train as hard as I can, but I need to lose weight.

If you read a geographic map you will find that under corsica there is an almost identical island, VERY NEAR; that's my home. I live right in the center.

Yeah right, It did train with Aerts. I was told that prior to the match with Randleman it was an high kick from him that cut open Rizzo's forehead, it was healed with some kind of surgical glue just before the UFC; then the headbutt from RoidboyRandle cut the forehead again...

As for the weight matter; I'm concerned about it because I'm not exactly handsome, and adding insult to injury I'm balding too...

So the only manner for me to get laid is either having a really good bod (distraction from face) or wrapping 100 buck around my d.ick!
