Fight Of The Year Last Night

Do yourselves a favor and watch the replay of the Friday night fights on ESPN2. They are on Monday. The main event with Julian Letterlough and Julio Gonzalez was 3 times more exciting than Vargas-Trinidad. Gonzalez was down 3 times and Letterlough down twice. The referee should have stopped the fight in the 10th when Gonzalez's head bounced off the canvas. I will not ruin it for those of you who didnt see it but it was an early canidate for fight of the year. It will be a very tough act to follow. I recommend it for anyones collection of great fights. Later today I will give you the next time its on so you can witness this war.

In the first fight prospect Anthony Hanshaw fought. Damn good fighter,he will be a world champ in a year or so and Olympian Jeff Lacy made his pro debut. Lacy is going to turn into a helluva pro. The next time they are on is early Tuesday morning at 1am. Just throw a tape in the VCR and go to bed. They are worth recording.

To get a few things straight;

- No Australians drink Fosters - We only export our crap to the US. To put this into perspective, ask a Canadian who drinks real beer ! They brew the sh*t for you guys. You can't buy it here........then again.......ask a pom, canadian, or Ozzie, you guys can't drink for sh*t anyway ! (BTW, I have spent much of my last 10 years in the US, so I should know).

Judo just put a tape in the VCR around midnight and let it record. Do yourself a favor. Thats the only time they are replaying it.
