| How would you describe the contents? Standup stuff? More like groundwork? Just techniques, or also drills and exercises?

| As my main art is BJJ, and I'm not advanced yet, I am interested if the dvds have stuff that will work without punching and kicking too? I have seen some recent stuff from Burton and he pretty much incorporates hitting with everything (being a street guy, of course), but I'd like to know specifically about these choking dvds, do they teach much material that can be used also in a sport bjj class too?
