Need all of your advice!!!

Well I am trying to put on a amateur mma organization, I can have all the legal paper and a place to be held but I would like to know what all the fighter's prefere, so if you could all respond to a couple of question, this would make me really happy and would put on a better show for the fan's and the fighter, thanks.
#1: Ring or cage (if a cage what kind octogone, a square... and what are the price)
#2: The time would be 3-5 minutes round for tourney and minor card bout and 3-10 minutes round for championship and main bout.
#3: Judge decision, if it go to the judge should they do a scorecard like in boxing or they chose the guy they think won like in the ufc
#4: the rules, close fist when standing, open hand on the ground. Kick to leg (eccept knee side or front) body and head, no kicking on ground and no kicking at all whit shoe. Knee strike to body only standing and on the ground. No elbow strikes at all. No small joint manipulation no biting no headbutt and all the other casual rules.
#5: Weight class, Heavy-201 lbs. and over, LightHeavy-186 to 200 lbs. Middle-171 to 185 lbs. Ligh-156 to 170 lbs. SuperLight-155 lbs. and under.

This is all I can think of the moment remember this would be amateur mma fighting, so any comment, suggestion, rules you like or dont like tell me. Thanks in advance and I hope to put on my first show in aproxemetly 5 months when I have all the legal paper and make sure I have enough of good fighter to make a great card THANKS!!!
