Stand up, by a long shot. But that's why I'm focusing on grappling, I'm trying to get good at the area that is my weakest.

Lately I've been getting ready to have some boxing matches and it's been a long time since I've done any work on the ground so my stand up is def. better. My hands are pretty heavy, but I'm really only deadly 2-3 hours after I eat Taco Bell

I think Bell should be considered a form of deadly weapon!

I've been doing pankration/mma for awhile, and I've been keeping both techniques about the same.
