Well, I had my first ju-jitsu lesson the other day. Man, my whole lower body is totally sore! The center of my butt is even sore! I did not realize it requires so much lower body conditioning. The guy training me will have me start doing lunges and other exercises to get back in shape. I am a bit older, so this is pretty new to me. The other thing I noticed was how much I was sweating. Great workout!
